Who we are
Vetora is a visiting animal-health and services practice operating in Lahore. Vetora does not operate a clinic of its own. Where a procedure requires a clinical facility, we coordinate with an independent partner facility, which sets and bills its own fees.
Bookings
A request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed only when a member of the Vetora team confirms the date, time and coverage with you directly.
Service coverage
Home and farm visits are subject to area coverage and availability. Some services are only appropriate for certain species or conditions; we will tell you honestly when a case needs a facility rather than a visit.
Pricing
Fees are quoted before a service is carried out. Additional costs — medicines, consumables, facility fees, travel to distant areas — are explained before they are incurred wherever possible.
Cancellation
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed visits may affect future scheduling.
Qurbani services
Qurbani animal sourcing and reservation are seasonal and subject to availability. Vetora does not carry out slaughter, butchering or meat distribution.
Limits
Veterinary medicine cannot guarantee outcomes. We commit to appropriate professional standards, clear communication and honest advice, not to a specific result.
